Our Story
In 2021 Nicole and William first met while William was photographing Francis Mallmann’s cookbook “Greenfire.” After 10 years of working for Mallmann, Nicole left Francis’ famed “Restaurant Garzon” to concentrate on her ceramics and open her own restaurant. After 15 years of living in New York City and traveling the world for various magazines and campaigns William moved to Garzon to concentrate on his fine art career. Soon after they welcomed their daughter Edda into the world… and built Estudio Garzon.
